1- We accept returns & exchange within 7 days from the date you received your parcel. 

2- Any report or claim exceeding the return time frame will be considered invalid.

5- Sale and discounted items are not eligible for refund and exchange. 

6- Shipping costs for returns or exchanges due to our mistake will be covered by us. For returns or exchanges due to other reasons, customers are responsible for the shipping cost.

7- Reasons such as "I changed my mind", "the designs are not suitable for me", or "the colors are different from the website" will not be considered valid grounds for refund and exchange.
