Return & Exchange Policy

1- We accept returns within 7 days from the date you received your parcel. 

2- Any report or claim exceeding the return time frame will be considered invalid.

3- We only accept the return and exchange if the items are defective or wrong received.

4- Item must be unused/ unwashed/ unworn and in the exact condition when purchased.

5- Sale and discounted items are not eligible for refund and exchange. 

6- All shipping costs of return items will be borne by customer.

7- Reasons such as "I changed my mind", "the designs are not suitable for me", or "the colors are different from the website" will not be considered valid grounds for refund and exchange.

8- Purchases made via our Website only are entitled to a return and exchange to our HQ.

9- We reserve the right to deny a return or exchange if the items do not meet the return policy requirements above.
